Apollos Intelligent Solutions provides: Website design and hosting, CRM configuration and automation setup, lead capture and follow-up systems, SMS-based customer communication systems, review request and reputation systems, and AI-powered chat and workflow tools. The Services are productivity and automation tools. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, search ranking improvements, or customer conversion rates.

We provide SMS-enabled automation tools that allow businesses to communicate with customers who have provided consent. By submitting a form, checking an opt-in box, or otherwise providing consent on a website powered by our systems, users agree to receive non-marketing SMS messages related to: Service confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-ups, customer support responses and review requests after service completion.

SMS opt-in data and consent records are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP at any time to opt out. Users may reply HELP for assistance. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages. SMS communications are only sent to users who have provided express consent. Clients using our Services are solely responsible for: obtaining proper consent from their customers, maintaining compliant opt-in language and complying with TCPA, carrier regulations, and applicable messaging laws. We reserve the right to suspend SMS functionality if misuse, spam activity, or non-compliant behavior is detected.

Certain Services may include AI-assisted tools, chat responses, or automated message generation. You acknowledge and agree that: AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions, automated responses are not a substitute for professional judgment, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving content where appropriate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

You agree that: you are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted, you have the legal right to use any data uploaded, you will not use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or spam-related purposes, you will not upload infringing or misleading content and you will not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our systems.

Website build fees are one-time setup charges as agreed in writing. Ongoing Services, including hosting, CRM access, automation systems, and messaging infrastructure, are billed monthly at the agreed subscription rate. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including but not limited to: • Messaging carriers • CRM platforms • Payment processors • Hosting providers We are not responsible for outages, carrier filtering, regulatory changes, delivery failures, or interruptions caused by third-party providers.

All automation systems, workflow designs, software configurations, and digital infrastructure created by Apollos Intelligent Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their business data and customer information.

Our Services do not provide legal, financial, marketing, engineering, or professional advice. Automated systems and AI tools are provided for operational support only.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Apollos Intelligent Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to: • Lost revenue • Missed leads • Messaging carrier blocking • Reputational harm • Business interruption Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apollos Intelligent Solutions from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from: • Your use of the Services • Your customer communications • Your failure to obtain proper SMS consent • Any dispute between you and your customers

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of SMS and automation systems.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Texas courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
