Clients using our Services are solely responsible for: obtaining proper consent from their customers, maintaining compliant opt-in language and complying with TCPA, carrier regulations, and applicable messaging laws.
We reserve the right to suspend SMS functionality if misuse, spam activity, or non-compliant behavior is detected.
